At Jeanne Gori Salon in San Ramon, we make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience. We ask that you give us 48 hour’s notice if for any reason you need to cancel your appointment. If you fail to come in for your appointment without giving us 48 hours notice, you will be subject to a cancellation fee. For certain services, we require a credit card number to be on file in order to secure your appointment.
In the event that your appointment runs late, please plan ahead by giving yourself an extra 15 minutes of free time following your appointment. We also recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.
It is extremely important to tell us about any allergies you have or medications you are taking so we know which products best suit you.
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the color or cut, please contact us within seven days and we will do everything in our power to adjust it to your satisfaction.
Keep in mind that we cannot be held accountable for any articles of clothing that are harmed in any way during your service, or items left behind or lost in the salon or in the building.
We do not offer refunds on products or services.
